Owning social media interactions, the full-time contract Social Media Community Manager will engage with comments, DMs, and reviews across various platforms while working remotely and managing first-line customer inquiries. Key responsibilities Reply to comments and DMs across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, X, and YouTube Answer first-line customer questions and route order or billing issues to the appropriate team Report weekly on community engagement trends and feedback for the product team Required qualifications 2+ years managing community, engagement, or social customer care for a consumer brand Near-native written English proficiency (C-1 minimum) Strong knowledge of American pop culture and internet humor Hands-on platform knowledge, particularly with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Groups Experience with social or customer care tools (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite, Zendesk)
