Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Accounts Payable/Billing Coordinator will manage vendor records, serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, and collaborate with teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Validate and create new vendor records while managing billing inquiries Collaborate with Media and Account teams to clarify billing requirements and resolve issues Prepare and reconcile client and vendor invoices, while supporting month-end close activities Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in billing, media finance, or accounting Agency or media experience preferred Strong attention to detail and numeracy Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively Clear communication skills
