Supporting the execution and administration of contracts, the part-time Contracts Administrator will draft work orders, manage vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with internal policies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Draft work orders and statements of work based on approved vendor quotes and business requirements Review master agreements to confirm their validity and ensure proposed work orders are within contractual scope Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the contracting process Required qualifications Master's Degree with 1+ years of contract management experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years, or High School Degree with 8+ years of contract management experience Experience with contract negotiations in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Ariba, SAP, Salesforce, and Smartsheet Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
