Building engaging eLearning courses, the full-time Associate Instructional Designer will storyboard, develop, and deliver customer-facing courseware remotely while collaborating with experienced designers and subject matter experts. Key responsibilities Design and build digital learning courses, including eLearning, videos, and simulations Utilize AI tools to research and create project roadmaps and course storyboards Partner with subject matter experts to develop and release high-quality courseware Required qualifications 1-2 years of instructional design experience or relevant internships and coursework Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or similar authoring tools Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, visual design, or a related field Grounding in instructional design principles for adult learners Strong writing and editing skills to clarify complex material
