Job description
To support a design-driven digital agency, the remote contract Creative Director will lead strategic brand development, oversee creative vision across diverse client portfolios, and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver human-centered experiences. Key responsibilities Lead the development of brand strategies and digital experience recommendations aligned with client goals Establish the strategic and creative vision for client engagements while mentoring creative teams Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, presenting creative concepts and facilitating strategic workshops Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in leading brand, digital, or integrated creative initiatives within an agency or consulting environment Proven track record in developing brand strategies, creative campaigns, and digital experiences Strong understanding of branding, UX/UI, digital marketing, and customer experience Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across various creative and strategic domains Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership
