To support a growing life sciences organization, the remote Compensation Manager will manage compensation strategies, lead complex analyses, and oversee job evaluation and compensation structure projects. Key responsibilities Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement compensation strategies and programs Administer and support base salary, annual merit, and incentive compensation programs while analyzing trends for market competitiveness Develop executive-level reports and dashboards, and lead compensation-related projects and process improvements across the organization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or a related field 8+ years of progressive compensation experience within an HR function 3+ years of compensation experience in the life sciences industry Advanced expertise in compensation analysis, salary structures, and job evaluation Experience with compensation management systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
