Key responsibilities Resolve day-to-day claim issues and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines Identify and link specified claims to appropriate contracts while proofreading manually entered claims Meet daily production goals and collaborate with internal departments to achieve company objectives Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge of UB-04 and CMS-1500 billing forms is essential Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or insurance preferred
