To support the revenue cycle team, the full-time Patient Account Specialist will manage account follow-up, resolve billing issues, and set up financial arrangements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform audits of patient accounts to ensure accuracy and timely payment Contact patients regarding delinquent accounts and arrange payment schedules Follow up on insurance billing to ensure timely receipt of payments and resolve patient billing complaints Required qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required Minimum three years' experience in a medical business office setting with insurance processing responsibilities
