Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Fluent in both Spanish and English, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide inbound technical support and deliver exceptional customer experiences while working remotely in a seasonal capacity with the potential for permanent employment. Key responsibilities Provide basic technical support via phone in both Spanish and English Deliver an exceptional support experience to customers Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers Required qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English, with most calls conducted in English High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age
