Senior Workday Analyst

Seeking a full-time Senior Workday Analyst, this role will focus on solutions analysis, design, configuration, and delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting Workday HCM Core, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation while offering flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities: Conduct solutions analysis and design, including business process re-engineering and system fit/gap analysis Drive customer enablement and transform manager and employee experiences through effective configuration and delivery Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while managing customer expectations and aligning operational excellence Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within HR functional areas, specifically in Workday End-to-end implementation experience, including project and change management Proficiency in Workday Reporting, API Integration, and EIB Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
