Data Analyst

To support data-driven decision-making, the remote Data Analyst will write code, build data pipelines, and apply AI to transform revenue data into actionable insights and automation, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Python and SQL scripts and pipelines to ensure accurate and consistent data movement between HubSpot and other systems Design and automate dashboards in PowerBI and HubSpot, translating raw data into executive-ready reports that influence business strategy Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows to automate reporting and data tasks, while evaluating AI tools for operational use cases Required Qualifications 4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including data manipulation and automation scripting Hands-on experience applying AI and LLM tools to real workflows Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders Preferred experience with HubSpot CRM and cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
