Key responsibilities Coordinate interviews by managing schedules for recruiters and candidates across various platforms Maintain active job postings on ATS platforms, job portals, and social media channels Assist in organizing virtual career fairs and local networking events Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administrative support Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., iCIMS, Workday) Proficiency in Google Workspace and scheduling software Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive HR and recruiting data
