Associate Project Manager

Supporting the Performance Optimization Group remotely, the full-time Associate Project Manager will manage break/fix procurement orders for a Fortune 500 telecommunications client's retail store network, including obtaining vendor quotes, building dealer quotes and invoices, and tracking orders in Smartsheet. Key responsibilities Own break/fix procurement requests from intake to closeout, confirming scope and following up with dealers for missing information Request and review vendor quotes, ensuring compliance with contract pricing before submission to dealers Track orders, reconcile vendor invoices, and report on open orders and SLA status to POG leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong preference for Smartsheet experience Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management, ideally in retail or construction Ability to manage a high volume of orders while maintaining data accuracy and tracking deadlines Strong written communication skills and an inquisitive mentality for vendor management
