Providing Service Management and ServiceNow Platform business analyst support, the full-time ServiceNow Business Analyst will manage requirements elicitation, facilitate stakeholder sessions, and develop user stories while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity. Key responsibilities: Elicit, refine, document, and manage business and functional requirements Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders and product owners to align business objectives with technical constraints Support backlog development, grooming, prioritization, and release planning activities Required qualifications: 6+ years of business analyst or project management experience 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related tools for requirements gathering Minimum education of a BA/BS in Project Management, Communications, Business Administration, or an IT-related discipline
