Owning the strategy and operational excellence of US and global benefits programs, the full-time remote Senior Benefits Manager will lead the benefits function, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure a high-impact employee wellbeing program that scales with the organization. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the strategy, design, and roadmap for competitive benefits programs while tracking performance metrics Lead and mentor the benefits team, fostering strong partnerships with People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to implement effective policies Manage vendor relationships and oversee compliance with all relevant regulations, ensuring operational excellence in benefits administration Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive US benefits experience, including program strategy and design 3+ years of experience leading a benefits function and managing staff or vendor relationships Deep expertise in health & welfare programs and benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, NDT, 5500s) Experience with Workday Benefits and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, particularly in scaling technology companies
