Job description
Driving strategic growth initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Partner Marketing will lead go-to-market strategies for Software Development Companies/ISV partners across the Americas, focusing on data-driven marketing plans and partner engagement to accelerate cloud and AI adoption. Key responsibilities Analyze market dynamics to inform GTM campaigns and partner selection, leading execution of strategic plans aligned with Partner Business Plans Collaborate with partner leaders to tailor marketing plans that maximize revenue outcomes and drive partner readiness Track KPIs and adjust marketing plans based on insights and best practices to ensure effective execution and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, or related field AND 7+ years of sales, marketing, or business development experience Experience with partner relationships, partner sales, or partner business development Ability to synthesize complex partner interactions into measurable business impact Proven track record in executing multi-tactic marketing campaigns and managing marketing investments Strong understanding of Marketplace and Co-sell best practices
