Job description
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Backend Engineer will collaborate with product teams to develop scalable software solutions, enhance developer productivity, and ensure code quality and compliance. Key responsibilities Develop highly scalable and resilient software solutions in partnership with product teams and system architects Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with company standards and providing feedback for improvement Support new talent acquisitions and train staff on development tools, processes, and standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 5+ years of software development experience Strong knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) Experience with agile development methodologies
