A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide remote technical support for network, server, and end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing updates and case status during the resolution process
Perform initial triage of customer issues and document all actions in the support tools
Manage the daily prioritization, coding, and routing of service incidents and requests while ensuring efficient issue resolution
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of IT support experience in a help desk or service desk environment; MSP experience preferred
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Proficiency in supporting Windows 10 / 11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP / IP, DNS, and DHCP
Availability to work after hours or participate in on-call rotations as required
