To drive expansion in the South Central region, the full-time remote Sales Representative will generate new business by selling an integrated payroll and workers' compensation solution to small and mid-sized business owners while building a referral network with CPAs, insurance brokers, and financial advisors. Key Responsibilities Drive lead generation through consistent outbound activity and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing Develop strategic partnerships to create a steady stream of warm leads and actively engage in local industry events Maintain CRM data integrity and collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure high client retention rates Required Qualifications 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience, preferably in payroll, HCM, workers' comp, or the insurance industry Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven track record of exceeding new-logo quotas with strong closing skills Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) Self-starter with superior organizational skills and comfort in selling to SMB owners in blue-collar and service-based industries
