Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, the full-time Regional Vice President of Sales will develop and execute a regional sales plan, drive customer adoption, and ensure revenue targets are met while working remotely. Key responsibilities Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan to accelerate customer adoption Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing regional sales team Required qualifications 3+ years of formal sales leadership experience in building and leading sales teams Significant enterprise sales and strategic customer development experience Experience operating in a start-up environment Track record of closing large, complex deals within the Fortune 500 Skilled in implementing a formal sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)
