To support a growing media organization, the full-time Operations Manager will optimize operational processes, drive efficiency, and enhance strategic execution while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring effective implementation and improvement of company-wide policies and workflows Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements while supporting departments in building KPI tracking Serve as a thought partner on risk management and digital security, collaborating with the tech team on compliance initiatives Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) Experience with digital security tools and protocols (e.g., MFA, MDM, VPN) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset Passion for the organization's mission and values, with a commitment to operational excellence
