Consulting with potential customers to match services to their needs, the full-time Inside Sales Representative will take inbound calls, follow up on sales leads, and make warm calls to close sales while providing exemplary customer service in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Solicit and sell new or upgraded services to new and existing customers Manage and track sales leads to close new sales and customer upgrades Provide world-class customer service, process orders, and address customer complaints Required qualifications High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in sales Industry experience is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus Residents within service areas in South Carolina and Georgia preferred
