Director of Product Management

Transforming financial ecosystems, the full-time remote Director of Product Management will lead the product vision and delivery for post-funding experiences, focusing on treasury, payment strategies, customer service, and collections while managing a dedicated team and driving strategic transformation. Key Responsibilities Empower and lead a product team, guiding them in building seamless product experiences and managing roadmaps Drive strategic transformation by partnering with cross-functional leaders to enhance operational and financial capabilities Take full ownership of product initiatives, from feature definition to execution planning and post-launch optimization Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within Fintech, Payments, or SMB Lending Deep understanding of complex payment workflows and experience with payment infrastructure Strong conceptual understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API integrations Proven ability to engage and influence executive leaders and technical teams Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
