The locum Tenens Cardiology opportunity in TexasLocation : San Antonio, TexasDuration : July 7, 2025 and ongoing until permanent is hiredSchedule : 2-4 weeks per month, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p rotating weekends and night callCall : 1 : 4 rotating weekends and night callScope : 50% outpatient, 50% inpatient, 60% noninvasive, 30% invasive, 10% interventionalVolume : Per Physician per day : About 7 noninvasive procedures per day, 5 invasive procedures, 4 interventionalProcedures required : Echocardiography, TEE, Nuclear cardiology, PA Catheter placement, IABP, Cardiac Catheterization, Heart Biopsy, Angioplasty, Intracoronary Stent Placement, Atherectomy.EMR : EPICHospital : 268 beds, 40 ICU beds, Cath lab onsite, surgical back up.Group / support : 4 RNs, 1 LVN, 6 MAsRequirements (boards, license) : Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Cardiology, Clean background and malpractice for temporary privileges, EPIC experience requiredIf you are (or someone you know is) interested please let me know your availability and contact information.
