What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens.

Strong foundation in modern cooking techniques, plating, and seafood preparation.

Familiarity with Korean ingredients and culinary techniques is a significant plus.

Leadership skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
