A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new hires in a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for assigned departments

Provide advanced support on complex onboarding cases and coordinate resolutions across HR and IT

Verify completion of onboarding documents and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Prior experience in Human Resources or onboarding administration

Proven technical aptitude and comfort working across multiple HR systems

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively

Proof of COVID-19 and seasonal flu vaccination
