RN Unit Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 200-bed Rehabilitation and Nursing Facility located in Cortland, New York. As an RN Unit Manager, you will provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff, monitor clinical care delivery, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff
• Monitor clinical care delivery to ensure quality and compliance
• Assist with staff education, coaching, and performance management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to improve outcomes
• Support resident/patient care planning and clinical decision-making
• Help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion
• Promote excellent customer service for residents, patients, and families
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Previous leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and documentation standards
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
