Job description
To enhance customer security, the full-time Fraud Investigator will focus on investigating account takeover (ATO) incidents and third-party fraud, managing high-risk cases remotely while providing empathetic support to customers during critical recovery events. Key responsibilities Lead complex investigations into suspected ATO incidents, determining risk and recovery strategies Serve as the primary coordinator for high-impact ATO cases, collaborating with various teams including Fraud, Customer Support, and Leadership Communicate directly with customers during sensitive incidents, offering timely and empathetic guidance throughout the investigation process Required qualifications 3+ years of experience investigating ATO fraud incidents in a financial services environment Deep expertise in account takeover methodologies, authentication systems, and identity verification Experience identifying common bank fraud typologies such as wire fraud and identity theft Exceptional customer-facing communication skills with a track record of managing high-impact incidents Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple critical investigations simultaneously
