Leading a mid-sized team of clinical recruiters, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Manager will develop recruitment strategies, mentor staff, and ensure the team meets hiring objectives while promoting diversity and innovation. Key responsibilities: Oversee a team of recruiters, setting accountability measures to achieve recruitment metrics Serve as the primary liaison with the Director of Talent Acquisition to identify challenges and develop solutions Refine the recruitment model to enhance candidate experiences and sourcing strategies Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 7 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing remote teams Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies and mentorship across various roles Proven track record in a rapidly growing organization, showcasing exceptional leadership skills Strong ability to build consensus and utilize data analytics in decision-making
