Key Responsibilities
Support employee relations by addressing HR-related questions and fostering a positive employee experience
Manage HRIS and technology systems, generating reports and maintaining accurate data
Assist in training and development initiatives, including monitoring program effectiveness and delivering training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR or a related function
Strong understanding of foundational HR principles and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism
