Business Operations Analyst

Supporting the patient financial services system-wide, the full-time Business Operations Analyst will serve as an internal liaison, troubleshoot workflow issues, and analyze receivables while working remotely. Key responsibilities Act as a resource for other departments, coordinating with Billing System Analysts and revenue cycle leadership Identify, review, and resolve workflow or system issues impacting receivables through data analysis and problem-solving techniques Provide targeted and general training classes to users in collaboration with internal departments Required qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred AAHAM or HFMA certification preferred Minimum three (3) years of relevant systems and analytical experience Minimum one (1) year experience with EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings preferred
