Making outbound calls, the full-time Customer Care Representative will provide information and education regarding program features and requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Gather and verify demographic information from callers Document calls accurately and submit reporting to management Identify barriers experienced by callers and resolve issues, including escalating crisis calls Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred 1+ years of customer service, data entry, or call documentation experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications Previous call center experience preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred
