Job description
Driving organic engagement across major platforms, the full-time Organic Social Media Manager will own and grow the company's digital presence by developing platform-specific content strategies, managing community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Develop distinct content strategies and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across various social media platforms Oversee daily community management and engagement, responding to comments and messages within 24 hours Build and maintain analytics dashboards to track performance metrics and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights Required Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on organic social media management experience with proven channel growth and revenue contribution Strong skills in video production and editing for short-form content across platforms like TikTok and Instagram Experience with platform analytics tools to measure full-funnel performance Preferred background in finance, fintech, or other regulated industries Proficiency with social media marketing tools and UTM management
