People Business Partner

Supporting GTM functions and employment standards in EMEA, the full-time remote People Business Partner will manage a portfolio end-to-end, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and advising on complex employee matters across multiple countries. Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product, providing expertise in EMEA HR Partner Experience Advise on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and change management communications Drive PBP-led people processes, including performance reviews and engagement surveys, while partnering with Centers of Excellence on relevant initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP, with a focus on EMEA employment practices Experience advising on performance management and complex employee relations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions Ability to work autonomously in a global team and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders to coach through HR challenges Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for productivity and insight in HR processes
