Defining the product measurement strategy for Zillow Pro Platform, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Manager will manage the design and development of dashboards, translate stakeholder questions into analytical requirements, and ensure data integrity across business intelligence assets. Key responsibilities Lead the design and development of business intelligence dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators Translate stakeholder questions into analytical requirements and reporting specifications, ensuring alignment with company metrics Monitor data quality and integrity, investigating anomalies and partnering with data engineering for sustainable fixes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with expertise in modern BI and data visualization tools Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and reports for cross-functional stakeholders in a technology or operations-focused environment Proficiency in querying and transforming data using SQL or similar query languages Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to define metrics and success measures
