Position Summary

This position is responsible for the daily operational function and leadership of the Inpatient Laboratory Departments for both Orange Coast and Saddleback Medical Centers. This position ensures that fiscal and human resources are managed effectively in order to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services while meeting and, whenever possible, exceeding operational and fiscal objectives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

The Executive Director, Laboratory Services, Orange County Region, is responsible for strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all projects and programs related to the Clinical Lab / Anatomic Pathology.
