Business Analyst II

Supporting member communications in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Business Analyst II will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while partnering across various teams to ensure compliance with business and regulatory needs. Key responsibilities Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems Identify and analyze business requirements and system dependencies to improve existing processes Perform detailed analysis on projects, documenting functional and technical requirements while assisting with testing and implementation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare Experience gathering and documenting complex business requirements Knowledge of member communications and regulated business processes Project management experience is preferred
