Job description
To support the optimization of marketing, enrollment, and student support lifecycles, the full-time salaried Salesforce Business Analyst will gather business requirements, configure Salesforce applications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver user-centered solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs and document requirements for Salesforce solutions Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to enhance operational efficiency Coordinate user acceptance testing and develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator 3 years of experience in K-12 education, virtual education, or education technology environments Strong experience configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using declarative tools Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst) highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field preferred
