Responsibilities
- Monitor special funding queues (Manual review and Client to Client Queues for manual processing)
- Monitor executed wire queues and all pending release queues
- Provide customer support and serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Review and respond to customer inquiries / research issues
- Review and authorize daily funding request for various products
- Troubleshoot and rectify fail reasons
- Evaluate participation funds needed, notifying clients on borrowing limits, sublimit exceeded, etc.
- Identify loans in inactive bucket and submit data in Service Now ticketing system for resolution
- Monitor M203 Report for assigned client for tracking of collateral and proper system documentation
- Communicate with assigned Relationship and Operations Management on trends, training issues, workflow, etc.
- Process Additional Wire Requests / Calculate Overfunding and Shortages
- Assist with Gestation Financing of Ginnie Mae Pools
- Mark to Market and Dwell Plus Carve-Out funding / Offset Financing / Net Funding / Construction Lending Program loans / Bulk Wire Processing
- Monitoring and implementing SOFR rate changes in WareshouseNow (ProMerit) System
- Assist with new product and system conversions / upgrades through User Acceptance Testing and procedural development
- Work as a liaison between the client and internal Treasury partners on miscellaneous research issues
- Perform Participation Balance Resets and Run Deficit Reports
- Perform Job Task Overrides (i.e., Note Dates, LTV, JUMBO Loans, FICO Exceptions Approved by Risk Management)
- Review and validate - Investor Forms (GNMA 11711A / Freddie Mac 996E forms, etc.) and Release of Security Interest Letters)
- Process manual bailee letters and manifests on exceptions provided by Risk management
- Monitor Promissory Notes for Reinstatements, Returned Notes, discrepancies, exceptions, and repaid collateral / Monitor custody only collateral queue and liaison for research inquires for Bi-Party custodian vendor for collateral research and inquiries
- Assist and clear OFAC / Duplicate Wire Requests with Wire Department
- Grow our business through soft-sales solicitation of fundings and client engagement for market share
- Assist clients with paydowns, allocations and wire settlements
Log all activity accurately and timely in applicable Texas Capital systems of records (WarehouseNow, Salesforce, etc.).
Qualifications
3 5 years related work experience in banking or mortgage industryMinimum 3 years funding and collateral processing experienceMinimum 4 years of customer service experience and general knowledge of Mortgage DocumentsMBMS (Promerit) System Knowledge preferredDetail oriented, organized, flexible and exceptional written and verbal communications skillsSuperior customer service skills / attitude and strong organizational skillsSuperior analytical skills, critical thinking, data and information analysis, problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailsAbility to handle multiple tasks, interruptions, and fast paced environment in the daily context of effectively dealing with deadlines for client and bank internal needsProficient knowledge of PC / Internet (including Microsoft Word & Excel)Organizational and time management skills.Fundamental knowledge of warehouse lendingStrong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations.The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
