Job description
To support a dynamic agency, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will lead project management for assigned accounts, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities Lead the daily management of projects on assigned accounts and coordinate agency efforts Build successful relationships with clients and identify new revenue opportunities Review creative materials and oversee project timing and budget in partnership with project management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a pharmaceutical-related field 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including agency, digital marketing, or pharma Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications and emerging media Experience in relationship marketing and social media Strong understanding of the pharma/healthcare marketplace
