Patient Recruitment Specialist

To support a growing clinic in Central Florida, the full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist will recruit patients for clinical studies by administering prescreening surveys, maintaining a database of potential participants, and scheduling screening visits while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Recruit patients for multiple studies by contacting referrals generated from marketing efforts Identify eligible patients from the internal database and schedule initial visits at facilities Maintain an updated tracker of scheduled patients and follow up as necessary Required qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in psychology, health sciences, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical environment Demonstrated relevant experience in patient recruitment or clinical research environments
