Job description
To enhance patient recruitment and retention in clinical trials, the full-time remote Patient Recruitment Specialist will develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, collaborate with clinical research teams, and utilize various outreach channels to promote trial participation. Key responsibilities: Creating and executing tailored patient recruitment plans aligned with project goals Collaborating with research teams to identify target populations and develop effective outreach strategies Monitoring recruitment metrics and adjusting strategies based on data analysis to meet goals Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field Extensive experience in patient recruitment or clinical research with a strong understanding of the clinical trial process Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating recruitment metrics Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms for outreach
