Job description
Providing thoughtful support and clear guidance through in-app chat and email, the full-time Customer Care Specialist will troubleshoot complex inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and contribute valuable customer insights to internal teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering support and guidance through various communication channels Troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries, ensuring follow-through and collaboration with internal teams as necessary Gather and share customer feedback and insights to inform product and operational improvements Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a high-volume customer service or support environment Ability to manage multiple live chats and emails simultaneously while maintaining customer focus Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences Adaptability to new products, features, and processes in a fast-paced environment Experience with tools such as Google Workspace and Slack for effective organization and communication
