To ensure effective service delivery and compliance for high-acuity members, the full-time Associate Program Manager will manage issue resolution, organization, and cross-functional collaboration while focusing on detail-oriented reporting and tracking in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to deliver services and maintain compliance with contract requirements Develop and utilize tracking mechanisms and reporting tools to monitor project progress and performance Assist in creating business documentation, including Business Requirements Documents and Test Plans, to support project execution Required qualifications Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields Basic to advanced Excel skills and experience with healthcare-related systems are beneficial Strong coordination skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams Willingness to develop expertise in the functional area required for the role
