Overseeing the Accounting and Accounts Payable departments, the full-time Accounting Manager will manage financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic planning while working in a hybrid environment based in El Segundo, CA. Key responsibilities Meets accounting operational standards by contributing financial information and resolving problems Oversees financial accounting operations, including general ledger and bank reconciliations Maintains the integrity of accounting records and ensures compliance with GAAP and internal controls Required qualifications 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in mortgage lending or real estate finance Hands-on loan accounting experience and understanding of loan-level transactions 3+ years of people management experience leading accounting professionals Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and accounting policies
