Job description
Seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Vice President, the remote full-time role will manage direct sales cycles, expand large enterprise client relationships, and drive sales objectives while occasionally traveling to headquarters. Key responsibilities: Own the direct sales cycles and manage sales quotas, prospecting, and pipeline management Build out Garner's large enterprise channel through direct sales to employers, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers Develop new strategic broker relationships and influence buying decisions while staying current with market knowledge and competitor products Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience focused on health benefits via brokers, consultants, and insurers Existing relationships within the broker, consultant, and insurance communities Minimum of 3+ years experience selling to large enterprise clients Data literacy with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets Proven experience in developing sales processes and executing strategies for long-term success
