Providing support in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Service Advocate II will manage member, provider, and broker inquiries related to product information, claims resolution, and eligibility while delivering first-level problem resolution and maintaining accurate customer records. Key responsibilities Answer and resolve inquiries from members, providers, and brokers via telephone, ensuring accurate information delivery Document client interactions and maintain customer advocate records according to departmental procedures Participate in ongoing education and system testing related to new services and industry topics Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 3 years of customer service experience Experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology preferred Strong PC navigation and data entry skills Ability to prioritize workflow and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
