Job description
Working in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Customer Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical liaison for Enterprise/Strategic accounts, addressing complex customer issues, supporting the customer lifecycle, and optimizing internal processes through automation and custom scripting. Key responsibilities Own and resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with Customer Success Management and understanding customers' technical requirements Act as the technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring successful integration and machine learning model health Automate and optimize internal and external processes by writing custom queries and scripts to enhance efficiency and demonstrate ROI Required qualifications 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role Experience collaborating with data science, engineering, and product teams Strong scripting and querying skills (e.g., SQL, Python, Bash) and familiarity with APIs and web technologies Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure Bonus points for experience in the B2B payments and/or fraud space
