Senior Engineering Manager

The full-time remote Senior Engineering Manager will lead the Partner Data Ingestion team through a multi-vertical platform migration, ensuring revenue accuracy and overseeing the transition to modern ingestion systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead and develop engineers at various levels, ensuring high-quality execution of projects Own revenue accuracy by managing partner files, pricing rules, and data reconciliation with Finance Drive the migration from legacy ingestion systems to a modern platform, coordinating with stakeholders to manage timelines and delivery commitments Required qualifications 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience 5+ years of experience managing an engineering team Proven success in owning production data pipelines or ingestion platforms, preferably in FinTech Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience in Snowflake and AWS Experience leading migrations from legacy systems to new platforms while maintaining production operations
