Job description
Managing the operational functions of marketing automation, the full-time Marketing Automation Manager will execute email marketing plans, maintain the Email Marketing Calendar, and oversee email list management while working remotely and aligning with east coast hours. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day execution of email marketing plans, including building, QA, and scheduling emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manage and maintain the Email Marketing Calendar to align with revenue goals and organizational priorities Develop expertise in digital marketing operations, coordinating with Automation and Analytics teams to support marketing efforts Required Qualifications: Knowledge in marketing automation or marketing operations Proficiency in SQL and AMPscript, with understanding of data relationships within CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with digital marketing analytics and email marketing platforms Familiarity with project management principles and experience managing projects involving new processes Commitment to data hygiene and demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
