Staff Product Designer

Owning the search and browse experience, the full-time Staff Product Designer will lead end-to-end design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make strategic decisions on information architecture and taxonomy, while working remotely or from the Playa Vista, CA office. Key responsibilities Own information architecture and taxonomy decisions for search and browse functionalities Design for search relevance, including addressing zero and low result states Collaborate with data and ML teams to translate model behavior into a coherent member experience Required qualifications 6+ years of product design or UX/UI experience with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end initiatives A portfolio showcasing strong user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills Hands-on expertise in Figma and other industry-standard design tools Experience applying user research methods and A/B testing for data-driven design decisions Background in e-commerce, subscription-based businesses, or consumer-facing digital products
